Most clients start with the Data Health Check. It is the lowest-cost way to find out whether a dashboard is the right next step, and the $650 fee comes off a dashboard build if you proceed within 60 days.
Pricing questions
Are these prices the same for every business?
The Data Health Check is a flat $650. Dashboard builds start at $1,800 and monthly reporting at $500/month because scope varies. You get a fixed price in writing before work starts, with no hourly meter.
What if my data is a mess?
That is normal. Cleaning and reconciling is part of the work. If the condition of your data pushes the scope above the starting price, you see the revised fixed price before anything begins.
Do I own the dashboard after it is built?
Yes. It lives in your Looker Studio or Power BI account, under your login. You can edit it, share it or hand it to someone else at any time.
Is there a long-term contract?
Monthly reporting has a three-month minimum so the first report has enough trend to be useful. After that it continues month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
