One screen that answers the questions you keep asking, wired to your real systems and built to stay current without you.
You already know the numbers you want to see. Getting them into one place means connecting systems that were never designed to talk to each other, and that is the part that never gets done.
I build the dashboard, connect it to the sources, test the numbers against your own records, and then teach whoever will use it. It is your dashboard in your account when the work is finished.
Something not on the list? If it exports a spreadsheet or has an API, we can almost always work with it.
Week 1
Scope agreed, access set up, sources connected and cleaned.
Week 2
First working version for you to poke holes in. Numbers checked against your records.
Week 3
Revisions, training video, handover. Support runs 30 days from here.

Looker Studio if your data already lives in Google tools and you want free hosting. Power BI if you are a Microsoft shop or need heavier modelling. We recommend one on the call and you decide.
The number of data sources and how much cleaning they need. Two clean sources sit at the base price. Five messy ones with manual exports cost more, and you see the number before anything starts.
You do. It lives in your account, under your login, and you can change it or hand it to anyone else at any time.
Anything with a live connection refreshes automatically. Sources that only offer manual exports need a file dropped in a folder, and we make that step as short as possible.
